Friday I had the chance to get away and go shop for a few things at Marshalls. Actually, a $10 rewards certificate was burning a hole in my purse and I just HAD to go use it! I always like shopping at Marshalls, TJ Maxx and Home Goods which are all under the same company. Marshalls is very close to my house. Shoes are right at the front of the store and of course an adorable pair of sandals caught my eye. They are by Madden Girl and are called Sabeer.
I moved on to the shirts and put about 25 in my cart. When I go into the changing room, I want to go in one time only! Thankfully Marshalls is cool with that and they just write the number down on a tag and let me take in that many. I loved this one top, but they didn’t have my size. I mentioned to a gal restocking that I wished they had an XL in this shirt. She said she would check around for it. A while later I was in the housewares area and here she comes with my XL! Cool customer service. Here is a pic of the blouse. I just love it and think it will look great with jean shorts and regular jeans into the fall. It’s light weight too which is great for me in the Texas heat and with my hot flashing! Cupio is the maker. I’ve used Bloomingdale’s link to show you the blouse, but again I got it for much less at Marshalls.
When I got home I began looking through my Plunder jewelry collection to see what would look great with the top. I was thinking either a necklace within the neckline of the top like the Jaylin below, a long necklace like Lyric below or large earrings and bracelets like this Bowie and Dixie. See which you like better.
I will either wear this new top and the Madden Girl sandals on Wednesday night when we have our church life group or I will wear the outfit to see the Huck Finn play Jolie and I are going to on Sunday at 2pm at a small town North of us called New Braunfels.
Thanks for tuning in today. As always I would love it if you subscribe to my blog using the Subscribe button above and below. Sharing and Liking my post also helps me get my blog out to more folks!
